Titanfall Assault is a real-time strategy game developed by Nexon in partnership with Respawn Entertainment. The game for Android and iOS involves controlling zones in a maze with gameplay that mix Clash Royale and MOBA. Titanfall Assault comes to finally bring the franchise to mobile, after much speculation and even the failure of Titanfall Frontline.
- Titanfall Frontline is the disappointment we didn't want to have with Titanfall Mobile
- Chinese game is a mix of CrossFire and Titanfall
- Project HON is a reminder of what Titanfall for mobile could be
– How is the gameplay of Titanfall Assault
Titanfall Assault is focused on online mode. The player builds decks with characters and robots from the game and needs to beat other players to unlock new cards and upgrade existing ones.
The game's visuals are all in 3D, and it's impressive. Respawn abandoned that "Hearthstone" system from Frontline and created a more complex game with elements of games like MOBA.
The player drops his troops onto the field and they behave automatically. There are troops that focus on enemies and others on buildings. Good positioning is essential. To summarize, Titanfall Assault is a Clash Royale with science fiction and visuals much more for hardcore.
Low studio creativity? No way! Nexon took ideas from other games and created something new, within the reality of the current mobile market. Unfortunately they won't create a premium offline Titanfall game just for 90% of the audience to pirate the game.
Titanfall Assault is all in Spanish, both on Android and iOS. The visuals are top notch, and surprisingly the game has potential even for e-Sports. An interesting competition for Clash Roayle.
