NetEase e Warner Bros announced a collaboration for the launch of a game called The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War. The strategy game will be released for free and will have versions for Android e iOS.
“Set in the Third Age of Middle-earth, this latest mobile strategy game will feature iconic characters and locations from the original trilogy.”
That's it for now. There is not much information about the title or when it will be released.
It is worth remembering that Warner has two more PC and console games themed around Lord of the Rings. Apparently, this release developed by NetEase can be scheduled to arrive together with Gollum (for new generation and arriving in 2021) or together with an MMO of the franchise that is in charge of Amazon.
