Super cat bros is a 2D game from sidescrolling to Android e iOS with clear references to Super Mario Bros.. But instead of plumbers, we have kittens as protagonists. Simple gameplay, but with interesting mechanics.

- How is the game?
Super Cat Bros draws attention, right away, for its colorful look. The controls are another highlight, quite simple, but with hidden mechanics.
To move the cat just touch the buttons positioned on the right or left of the screen. To run just tap twice on each arrow. When running, the cat can defeat some enemies and crash into walls to make many enemies dizzy.
As for climbing the walls, the cat climbs just by walking. Jumping requires a few tricks. The cat can jump from one wall to another. Between platforms, only when running does the cat make the jump.
The objective is to reach the end of each scenario. The player needs to collect coins and bells that are scattered around the scenario. With the coins, it is possible to unlock new cats. The game has more than 50 stages.
The producer of Super Cat Bros is FDG Entertainment, the same as the game Banana Kong (Android and iOS). Therefore, we can see how precise the controls are and how well-calibrated the gameplay is. Super Cat Bros is fun to play, with short levels, but with hidden challenges, like having to collect all the bells.

Perhaps Super Cat Bros oversimplifies the old game experience. But the purpose of the game is to be a game to play on any occasion. That's why we understand the short levels and simple controls. Super Cat Bros has increasing challenge and has level bosses (thanks GF).
