Zuera has no limits, let alone Google Play. They created a Battle Royale game (PUBG style) with the Ugandan Knuckles meme. The game for Android is free and despite having an online focus, it has an offline mode with bots.

Sounds like a bad idea, but not really. Ugandan Knuckles Battle Royale is completely free and the bot mode (offline) is really cool. There are 25 Knuckles in an arena.
But the fun doesn't stop there. The game's creator put some cool ideas, such as various modes. The game modes are: Team Matches, Solo Fights, Defenders vs. Attackers game and Ugandan Zombie Mode.
Ugandan Knuckles Battle Royale controls are simple and game modes provide hours of fun. Despite the constant asking “do you know the way?” and mouth noises, the game is very consistent across many modes. In short, it looks like just a game to enjoy the meme, but it's not.
