As announced at the Ubisoft Forward 2022 event held on the 10th, Rainbow Six Mobile started its beta test today (12) at Android. The test is available for countries in the Americas, including Spain.
Who is selected for the beta?
The Rainbow Six Mobile closed beta test is only for selected users from North America and South America regions (Spain included), who pre-registered and was selected, received the notification that they could now download the game. The beta test system is Android, but reportedly iOS users in other countries are also receiving the beta test via TestFlight.
The game is not ready!
On the one hand, the game already seems ready, but for many players (and pro players) there is still a lot to be done. According to some players, the movement is still slow. Other players comment that the FOV (field of view) is still very closed.
Currently, Rainbow Six Mobile has an objective multiplayer mode (deactivate bomb or protect an area). There are nine operators available.
There is no way to evaluate the graphics at the current time of testing, as Ubisoft has greatly limited both the number of compatible devices and the graphics specifications.
Rainbow Six Mobile doesn't seem like a finished game to me. There is still much to be done. The field of online shooting games is very competitive, and there is a great risk of the game falling into oblivion. But Ubisoft is on the right track.
