Pokemon Unite, a MOBA game for mobile phones and Nintendo Switch, has finally received its release date on mobile. The game arrives on the day September 22 in simultaneous release for Android e iOS. The announcement was made during a presentation called Pokémon Presents, this Wednesday (18). Pre-registration with game rewards was also announced.
Pokémon Unite has been available for Nintendo Switch since July this year. In the game, players face off in small arenas. The gameplay follows the MOBA style with 5v5 combats. Each player controls a Pokémon and takes care of it to evolve in battle in order to defeat its opponents. The combat of the game is in real time.
During the presentation, new Pokémon fighters were also confirmed. Mamoswine and Sylveon will soon be starring on the battlefield. Mamoswine is an Ice and Ground-type Pokémon. Sylveon is an evolution of Eevee. Currently the game has 22 playable Pokémon.
Pokémon Unite pre-registration
For now, the game can be pre-registered in the app stores.
Pre-registration rewards include a Pikachu and a different skin for him called the Pikachu Holowear.
It is not mandatory to pre-register to access the rewards. Just log in to the game by October 31st. As the game page on Google Play informs.
Minimum requirements to run Pokémon Unite on Android and iOS?
On Android, the minimum requirement to run the game will be a Smartphone with Android 5.0 or higher and at least 3 GB of RAM. In terms of processor, the game is not very demanding.
On iOS, the minimum requirement is an Apple device running iOS 10 or higher. The game weighs around 1.5 GB.
