Nintendo announced last night (29) its new mobile game. Pokémon Quest is a casual game that is now available for Nintendo Switch and will come to Android and iOS soon.
But what is this new Pokemon like? In the game, the characters move alone, and the player decides which attacks to use on enemies. The look is minimalist and the trailer even plays with the “cubist” look of pokémons, which makes a reference to Pokécells. Check out!

The objective in the game is to help Pikachu, Squirtle and other Pokemon to explore an island, find items and evolve. It looks like an RPG, but taken less seriously. During gameplay, the user can change their team.
To summon new Pokemon, the player can cook dinner. The scent will attract new pets that will become your friends. No catching Pokemon against their will. Did that sound too cute? This is the proposal of Pokémon Quest, a game much more “friendly to family content” than fighting and capturing wild animals.
Pokémon Quest is now available for Nintendo Switch. The game is free and will soon also be available for iPhone, iPad and Android phones.
