At the Tencent UP event, held in China, the gaming giant revealed that it is in development Perfect World Mobile, a version for smartphones and tablets of the classic game of Lan Houses. The game is in charge of the producer who launched the title on PCs back in 2005 and is still going strong in Spain.
It seems that both Shanda and Perfect World have recognized that they can no longer compete with Tencent Games, as the latter released Dragon Nest M on the Tencent Game platform a few months ago (hugely successful game there), so they decided to join forces with the entertainment giant.

Perfect World Mobile was announced with the following subtitle: “Next-Gen Air Combat”. It may sound strange to us westerners, but Chinese RPGs use and abuse combat mechanics where characters fly.
From the Perfect World Mobile CG trailer, we can expect familiar races like Wild and Winged Elves and others. The trailer also shows giant bosses to face. Tencent also announced that Perfect World Mobile is scheduled to launch later this year.
