New Method
A new method for using USB controls in Bluestacks. To play with controls in an easy and uncomplicated way, just use the program Xpadder.
Xpadder is a program that maps keyboard keys and converts them into joystick buttons. So, whenever you press a button, Xpadder will replicate the keyboard action.

https://youtu.be/r8sylJIYY0U?t=67The secret is to run Xpadder and Bluestacks with the same user level. That is, if you run Bluestacks as a regular user (double click), run Xpadder as a regular user as well. If you run Bluestacks as an administrator, Xpadder must be run as an administrator as well.
Configuring buttons in Bluestacks
After configuring Xpadder, just map the buttons in Bluestacks. To do this, click on the icon with keys in the upper right corner of the screen. To open the edit option, click on the places where you would play (if you were playing on mobile) and define a button, pressing the joystick buttons. To finish, just close the “X” and then click save. The saved configuration varies for each game.
