After being released on the Play Store in Spain, but removed in 2018, Dod Joy brought the game Hero Mission back to service via the Play Store. The game for the iOS system has not yet been released in the west.
Known and nicknamed “Overwatch Mobile”, Hero Mission is one of the best “Hero Shooter” games on mobile. The game is free, but requires an internet connection.

https://youtu.be/b6D3n_K3jm4Hero Mission is an FPS mobile game with MOBA elements. The heroes and gameplay and modes are very reminiscent of Overwatch. There are characters with shield, ability to go back in time, get faster and so on. Pretty much everything you'd expect from an Overwatch clone.
The map has many areas available with elements to restore health and a central area to defend. If you're someone who likes MOBAs and wants to be able to play Overwatch on mobile, you can't help but download this excellent game.
