Golden Ax for Android and iOS turned Golden Ax Classics. It is no longer a game, now there are three games. The titles remain free to download and play. This version works without the need for Internet.
I don't know if it was a "SEGA emulator" bug, but Golden Ax Classics is working completely offline, without having to pay a single cent.
The Golden Ax games are all from the Mega Drive. They are medieval themed beat'em up games. In the package we have Golden Ax 1, 2 and 3.
Despite being graphically dated, they are great games to pick up and beat. One of the many innovations of the time was the mechanics of running and applying blows during the race.
Like other games in the SEGA Forever collection, Golden Ax Classics has a “rewind” mode, where you can go back in time and correct some actions seconds ago, and also save your progress.
The control system is standard with on-screen buttons, but there is an option to customize the directional pad. Ideal for people with big fingers.
