The producer miHoYo prepares the biggest Genshin Impact update so far, and it's being called by the company Genshin Impact 2.0.
The update is called “The Immovable Goddess and the Eternal Utopia” and will arrive on Android, iOS, PS4, PS5 and PC on July 21st.

The update debuts the third largest city in the game: Inazuma. It is a city-state with distinct landscapes and cultures. The new region will be available on the map on the date marked with your Archon's story and side quests.
Three new characters will be available to play: Ayaka, Yoimiya and Sayu.
Unlike Mondstadt and Liyue, which are cities on the mainland, Inazuma is an island protected by the ocean. The region will have six major areas with strong sea winds and storms.
Inazuma is a region that is heavily influenced by lightning which makes it an ideal place for Electro characters. As you can imagine, it's the place of the game's new Archon, which will be an Electro type.
When exploring Inazuma, players will be able to discover unique cultural landscapes, stories, secrets and connections to the history of Inazuma and the Electro Archon across the various islands.
Cross-progression support for PS5, PS4, PC, Android and iOS
Finally one of the most requested features by fans will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Players who have a MiHoYo account will be able to log in to their consoles. This will allow you to transfer your progress to Sony consoles.
Those who have PS5 will also be able to count on a tactile response from Dualsense.
New characters
Three new characters will be introduced and playable in Genshin Impact version 2.0. See who they are.
Kamisato ayaka is the daughter of the Kamisato Clan of the Yashiro Commission. She is already known to fans of leaks and closed betas and will soon be added as a five-star Cryo sword wielder.
Yohimiya is a Pyro archer with gameplay that will resemble Amber's, but she will be a five star (poor Amber). Known as the "Queen of Summer Festivals", Yoimiya stands out for using fireworks in her combos.
Sayu most likely it will be that four star character that will appear on the banners of Genshin IMpact update 2.0. Despite its small size, this character uses a giant sword. She will be an Anemo-type ninja.
New Enemies
In addition to playable characters, new and different enemies will be in Inazuma. A Pyro-type enemy will give players trouble. Another new boss, from the Perpetual Machine Formation, looks like it will have some connection to the Ruins Guards. Maguu Kenki will also appear in Inazuma to give players trouble.
