Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile gets first trailer and pre-registration

A Square Enix released a new trailer and website for Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile, a new game based on the anime and manga of the same name. The game will be released for Android e iOS em 2022, but for now, only in Japan. The announcement was made in a live stream commemorating the manga's 20th anniversary.

Hiromu Arakawa's Fullmetal Alchemist manga has had several adaptations, including the Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood anime (the latter is excellent, I recommend it!).

The mobile game will just be titled “Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile” and the initial announcement (made in July) promised more news later in the year, and here they are. Square Enix began pre-registration for Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile on an official website and revealed the first trailer for it.

The trailer mixes non-interactive scenes with gameplay moments, but as we can see, everything is being rendered in real-time by the game.

Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile appears to be a 3D fighting game, but it's not good to celebrate just yet. It could be that it is actually a cardgame disguised as a fighting game.

As you can imagine, Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile will be a free game to download and play, but with in-app purchases. The game is pre-registered in Japan only. The expected release date, for Japan, is summer 2022 (June to September). There is currently no release date for the West.
