Nintendo has started the release of Fire Emblem Heroes. The game is now available on the App Store in Great Britain and will soon be released worldwide. On Android, the strategy and RPG game is open for pre-registration, just sign up and the game will be downloaded as soon as it arrives on the Google Play store.

Fire Emblem Heroes is an online role-playing game with a focus on strategy. The new game tries to refresh the formula of the past, through a lot of nostalgia with the addition of old characters. Assemble a team of warriors and mages and prepare for battle.
A world with two kingdoms: the Emblian Empire, which wants to rule all worlds, and the Askran Kingdom is in your way. You are a summoner with the special ability to summon legendary Heroes from different worlds of Fire Emblem. To save the Kingdom of Askr from destruction, join the Order of Heroes and face an endless challenge.
Despite the bad initial impression left by the game's trailer, Fire Emblem Heroes is a good game of its kind. The game offers the possibility to play an authentic Fire Emblem for free. There is history, romance, and many characters to meet. Fire Emblem Heroes dialogues are all in English.
The graphics are not the title's strong point, which looks like an old-fashioned Java game. It played Ancient Empires? So you are already familiar with the combat mechanics. Through turn-based combat, the player must assemble a strategy to maximize his attacks, such as approaching enemies from behind, or in a group.

Fire Emblem Heroes is a strategy game with simple commands, but with all the charisma of the series. The graphics during the combats are not very pretty, but the good soundtrack, plot and characters of the series, hold the player. Needless to say, it's a must-see title for fans of Nintendo and this franchise.
