Nintendo announced the release of Dr. Mario World for Android and iOS. The new game will be inspired by an old Nintendo 8-bit classic. The title will be released in the first half of 2019.
Apparently, Dr. Mario World will be very similar to the classic 8 Bits, as it is a type of gameplay that fits very well on mobile, a puzzle game with elements of matching, which is very reminiscent of Tetris.
Who is in charge of developing the game is LINE, a company that has already made several games such as Disney Tsum Tsum and Cookie Run.

The Dr franchise Mario is not very famous here, but in Japan and the United States he has received several games, the most recent being Dr. Mario Online (Nintendo Wii) and Dr Mario: Miracle Cure (3DS). It is also common for Nintendo to let Dr. Mario in charge of other companies.
In addition to Dr. Mario World, is also confirmed for this year's Mario Kart Tour. The kart game was supposed to be released in March, but it was delayed.
