Finally Dead Cells gets a definitive release date on Android. The indie game that mixes “Metroidvania” with “procedural scenarios” will arrive on Android in June 3. The game is already in pre-register on Google Play.
The game's release was brought forward a month ahead of schedule, between July and September 2020.
The Android version will keep the same features as the iOS and PC versions. It will be a paid and offline game. On Google Play, Dead Cells should cost the same as the App Store, around R$22 reais. But those who pre-register will get a 10% discount.
Dead Cells is a “Metroidvania” style action game that has enchanted players for its mechanics of how to face death. When playing and dying, it literally doesn't die, it just goes back to the beginning of the game and loses a lot of items. You can walk around the game's scenarios at will, giving you complete freedom to explore the stages and discover the game's secrets.
