Buff Knight – RPG Runner is a beautiful example of a game that is deceiving by appearance, but that with time, proves to be extremely addictive. In this game with pixelated visuals, you will not command the knight, but only his “buffs”. The idea is that you can equip him so he can live new challenges.
Next free game for Android and iOS, the player controls only a magic power, potions and the aforementioned “buffs”. You will be able to evolve weapons, armor and even enchant your equipment so that they do even more damage to enemies.
Combat is absurdly simple. Basically you just see your hero run towards enemies and attack them. There are no glorious epic combat animations, he just touches enemies and they explode. The cool thing here is that as you evolve your character, new enemies will appear. On Android, the game has advertisements and to remove them it is necessary to pay, or the player with the cell phone disconnected from the internet.
The only attack element the player controls, magic power, recovers its "MP" bar over time, but you can make use of potions that are collected along the way. Keep an eye out for a little fairy that pops up every now and then, as touching her will give you lots of items. If you're fast, you can tap it up to five times in a single pass of it.
- Opinion
Buff Knight – RPG Runner is simple, but fun in an unconventional way. The fact of not controlling the hero seems boring at first, but as the player unlocks the achievement, he gets more and more excited to reach the end. Upon finishing the game for the first time (Yes, this is possible) you will unlock artifacts that can be used in subsequent matches.
