Bethesda accuses Westworld producer of using Fallout Shelter code

According to TMZ, the Bethesda is accusing the producer Behavior Interactive and Warner Brothers to use the game's source code Fallout Shelter (Android, iOS and PC). The allegation also involves theft of assets such as arts and design.

The trigger for the beef, as TMZ says, is the fact that the new Westworld game (Android and iOS) has the same bugs that plagued the first version of Fallout Shelter.

Documents obtained by the site reveal that Bethesda hired Behavior in 2014 to develop Fallout Shelter. A few years later, the same producer was hired to make the game Westworld. The allegation is that Behavior used code from Fallout Shelter without authorization.

According to the source, Bethesda wants the Warner game to be canceled and a portion of the proceeds to be converted to Bethesda.

    Tretinha hey!
