To the delight of fans of the Asphalt series, a new, somewhat unusual way has emerged to play Asphalt Xtreme again through Google Play. For those who don't know, Gameloft's off-road title went offline at the end of September, being unavailable on both Google Play and the App Store.
Asphalt Xtreme is the second spin-off of Gameloft's Asphalt franchise released in 2016 and which gained notoriety for being the first in the series to embrace the off-road subgenre.

The game had already returned to the App Store, but players who used Google Play unfortunately were unable to access the game through the Google store, at least until this week, as a new possibility has arisen to play the title officially and without worries. .
Thanks to the new Netflix project, the game has returned, however, a subscription to the streaming service will be required. This new move by Netflix to enter the world of games, especially on mobile devices, where the company was investing recently.
Asphalt Xtreme is now exclusive to Netflix subscribers, and replayable for anyone with an Android device. In addition to off-road, Bowling Ballers is the newest game in the streaming service's catalog in the games initiative.
Netflix, for its part, promises that it will not charge any additional costs, and that the games will be ad-free and without in-app purchases, in addition to unlimited access to purchased games. The minimum requirements for mobile devices range from devices running Android 8.0 or higher. If you have an iPhone or iPod, iOS 15.0 or higher is required.
The initiative on mobile devices started off on the wrong foot, as the company turned free games into “paid” games by subscribing to the service. The problem is that the titles were already in app stores. Check out more of this case here.
