According to investment analyst Daniel Ahmad, famous for leaking information from several early releases, Apex Legends Mobile will arrive first in China in soft launch in up to 4 months. In other words, the game will arrive in that country for testing until mid-2021.
According to Daniel, the Asian market is a key part of the success of Daniel Apex Legends. The game is very successful in Japan, which is why the Nintendo Switch version will arrive first in order to reach a new audience.

The versions for Android and iOS will arrive in China in 3 or 4 months, depending on the approval of the Chinese government. Still according to Daniel, EA has 35 titles in development and Apex Legends for Android and iOS is one of them.
There is no release date for the west yet, but we will have news about Apex Legends Mobile soon. The game shouldn't take long to reach the west either.
