AetherSX2, the PlayStation 2 emulator for Android is now available on Google Play. The emulator is still in the testing phase. To play you must register for the beta test.
Based on the PS2 PC emulator, the PCSX2, the AetherSX2 offers Android gamers very close to ideal emulation.
To use the emulator, you need to have a PS2 BIOS and of course the games to emulate. The emulator accepts games in .ISO format.

Requirements for using AetherSX2
The minimum requirement to play is a smartphone with a Snapdragon 845 processor or higher. For those who have a smartphone with an Exynos processor, the minimum is 9810 or higher.
According to the developer, the emulator needs processors with at least two large cores (quad or octa). Also according to him, unfortunately 32-bit processors are not supported.
As stated above, the emulator only works if you have the PlayStation 2 BIOS. The AetherSX2 supports some but not all Bluetooth controls. It is worth remembering once again that this is the first open test of the emulator, there is still a lot to do.
The emulator has already been tested by several people on Discord and works better than DamonPS2.
You can then check out the links directly from Google Play. The links are to sign up for the beta test and then download the emulator APK (also directly from Google Play).
